DAYS OF PLAY:
Practices and games typically run between Mon-Thurs. 6-10pm in one hour sessions. Fridays and weekends are dedicated to tournaments scheduled by team.
NOTE: practices and games will be posted once Zone 8 finalizes the game schedules.

Time to get ready for lacrosse season! FREE sessions if you are registered for the CMLA 2023 summer season. Must be registered to attend!

Mar 5 : 6-7:30pm u13-u15 and 7:30-9pm u17-u22
Mar 12: 6-7:30pm u13-u15 and 7:30-9pm u17-u22
Mar 19: 4-5:30pm u13-u15 and 5:30-7pm u17-u22
Mar 26: 8:30-10pm u15-u17
