Refund Policy
The process of evaluations and team setting incurs significant volunteering efforts and substantial operating costs. In the event that withdrawal from a program is requested by the parent/guardian the following course of actions will apply:
Rep:
- Before and during tryouts: Full refund
- After tryouts: No refund
House league:
- Up to 1 week before season starts: full refund
- 1 week to season or later: no refund
Injury withdrawals will be treated on a case by case basis.
After tryouts have concluded (rep), or the season has started (house league), a lack of interest or change of sport will not be grounds for refund.
CMLA has the right to hold back the $30 OLA registration fee if deemed appropriate.
