Cambridge Chiefs Big Win
After a bit of rough start against Claringrton Friday night, the Chiefs Intermediates gathered themselves up and rallied to win the next 5 games of this weekends tournament.
Focused, determined and hungry for the win, they played flawlessly the next two games. Bremner didn't let a single goal in and lead the team into the quarter finals. The Chiefs wanted retribution against Clarington going into the quarter finals, but it wasn't in the cards after Clarington lost against Midland. Midland gave the Chiefs a run for their money, but the Chiefs prevailed to a win and went on to play their 6th and final Gold Medal game of the Tournament against top Ontario team, Brampton. A nail biting game. Getting over 40 tournament goals (and only 18 against), there's too many players to name which really speaks to the awesome coaching staff and their awesome leadership of this years Cambridge Intermediate Tournament Champions.
