Off to a Great Start!
Even though we didn't come out on top the Cambridge Chiefs Novice 2 had a great first game against the Centre Wellington Mohawks 2. It was an evenly matched game and we fought hard, won many battles and showed that the Chiefs are a team to be reckoned with! #31, BL opened the scoring with the 1st goal of the game in the 3rd period. Unfortunately, the CW Mohawks responded about 2 minutes later. Then with the Chiefs serving a penalty, the Mohawks scored twice. The final was a 1-3 loss for the Chiefs. But what a great game and show it was from our boys! We will get them tonight! Go Chiefs Go!!
