Our players have taken to the floor tonight... but instead of the arena floor they took the gym floor!
Our players have participated and made it through their very first CrossFit class as a team!
By the cherry red faces and smiles amongst friends I would say the first class was a success!
Tomorrow our players will take to the floor at Galt Arena for their first Game at 7PM!
