End of Season Satisfaction Survey
Great Season Everyone!

As we wrap up another great year, please consider taking a few moments to complete a short survey that will allow CMLA to identify strategies to help us continue to offer and improve upon a fun competitive atmosphere for lacrosse players and their families.

Any constructive criticism is always welcome, and it allows us the input we need to move forward and "grow the game" in Cambridge!  Please share your thoughts about the season (both positive and negative) to allow us this opportunity.

All information collected in the survey is completely confidential and will NOT be shared with any coaches, players or parents/guardians of players.  The name information we collect is used strictly to verify that the data being provided is from players and families associated with Cambridge Minor Lacrosse.

If you have any questions or comments that aren't covered in the survey, or if you wish to discuss any aspects of the season,  please feel free to contact Gary Swift, Director of Player and Coach Development, via email at [email protected].

We are excited to share that Cambridge minor Lacrosse has been selected by @CTJumpstart to receive a grant from their Sports Releif Fund. The funds helps community sports organizations like ours continue to provide access to sport and play for Canadian kids. This grant will go a long way.
