For one hour each week, players will be provided the best training in the sport, with head Coach Colin Doyle.

Players will be put through a high-energy session, with focus on lacrosse skills, understanding of the game and instinct awareness.  Players will be taught how to play, think and maximize their own potential in all different areas of the game.  Each session will have room for 18 players and 3 goalies to maximize the player to coach ratio.  Goaltenders will receive goalie specific instruction.
