Proposed Constitution Changes

The Annual General Meeting of the Cambridge Minor Lacrosse Association will be help Thursday October 10, 2019 at Preston Auditorium.

There have been proposed changes to the constitution submitted for the new season.  Please see attachment for proposed changes.  They will be discussed and voted on at the meeting.

We will also have a number of vacancies on the Board as follows:
-Secretary
-Treasurer
-Director of House League
-Director of Volunteers
-Director of Equipment
-Director of Paperweight
-Director of Sponsorship/Fundraising

Please note to become a member of the Board you must be in attendance at the AGM to be voted in.  Voting by proxy is not allowed.  We hope to see you there!
