2020 CMLA Initiatives
Submitted By Robyn Eno on Tuesday, November 12, 2019
Hello CMLA Families,
Your Board of Directors is already hard at work to make the 2020 lacrosse season our best season yet! We need your assistance to get a number of initiatives up and running. The success of these initiatives will be critical to the long term viability and growth of the CMLA.
We are working on:
- free Try-It sessions in the community
- low cost or free Paperweight Development program
- interlock house league
- re-branding of our organization
- expanding our use of outside coaching and programming resources
In support of these ventures and to offset rising costs in general, we will be increasing our fundraising and sponsorship efforts. You can make an impact starting today!

1. Participate in our FlipGive Program

It’s a great way to shop for Christmas gifts or every day needs.  Simply download the app and then when you purchase gift cards or shop on-line at participating retailers ( ie. Walmart, Indigo, Starbucks, National Sports, Sportcheck) CMLA automatically receives a rebate. Two easy steps:
- download the FlipGive app from the App Store or go to https://www.flipgive.com/app
- follow sign up directions and when asked, enter code VZJ23R

2. Help us Find Sponsors & Donors

Forward leads for sponsorship or donations to Cara Moore at [email protected]
She will forward them program details when finalized.

3. Volunteer

Do you have experience in Marketing ? We are still looking to fill the role of Director of Brand and Marketing. Please contact Jason Whissell at [email protected]

If you are willing to volunteer some time to work on a sub-committee or in any other capacity please contact Nikki Gillies at [email protected]

Thank you for your support !
