Welcome to the 2026 lacrosse season!
Please remember:
- You must reside in Cambridge to play for CMLA. If you live outside of town, e-mail our registrar at [email protected] to find out if we are your closest centre. You will need a release to play for us if we aren’t your closest centre.
- Schedules: We cannot release schedules until we receive floor time from the city, and the OLA creates the game schedule. You can expect floor times 3x per week Monday-Friday for all divisions except U5.
- Age divisions: designated by Birth YEAR not MONTH.
- Team fees: All teams (except U5) will require extra team fees which will be discussed once teams are formed.
- Refund policy: There is a nonrefundable administration fee included in all registrations. Please see the refund policy tab for the full policy and instructions on how to request a refund.

U5 Soft lacrosse (Parent and tot)
(Birth year 2023-2022)
COST: FREE!
Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 6:00-6:30 (8 weeks, May-June)
This is an introduction to lacrosse for kids aged 3 and 4. The focus is on skill development, learning the game, and having fun. (Lacrosse or hockey helmet and gloves required)

U7 Development (Rep) Co-ed
(Birth year 2021-2020)
COST: $50 (yes only $50!)
Schedule: May-mid July (2-3 times a week)
No previous experience is required for this division. The focus is on skill development and learning the game. The first several weeks will be practices, and games with other centres will be introduced mid season. There will be one tournament.
