We were incredibly lucky to have Jason Knox from the Panther City Lacrosse Club join us for practice last night! Jason, a first-round draft pick (5th overall), originally from Huntsville, brought a wealth of knowledge and energy to the floor. With his junior roots in Burlington, he shared insights from his journey to the pros and inspired our young athletes with his passion and skill.
The boys had an absolute blast—lots of laughs, some great drills, and the chance to ask tons of awesome questions.
What an unforgettable night for our team.
