June 13-19 Player of the Week
This weeks player of the week was chosen for two reasons. 1- he embodies what it means to be a team player. After getting hurt early on in the season, with only 2 practices in, the doctors said he might not get to play for the rest of the season. But this young man was so dedicated to his team he came to every practice to sharpen what skills he could (no contact allowed), he came to support his team at all the games he could, and he even suited up to be on the bench at NOTL, even though he couldn't play. Reason 2- it's time to celebrate! This weeks Player of the Week Trenten Gillies has been officially cleared to join his team on the floor and join us playing our next game. Congratulations Trenten!
